How to create a Google forms
It is very easy to create a form on Google Forms. Follow these steps:
- Visit the following site.
- Once the site is loaded, hover over the + icon to start creating a new blank form or you can either choose a template. To start from scratch, tap Create New Form.
- You can add the title and description to a google document.
- In the box below, you can add questions To continue adding more questions, keep pressing the + icon from the toolbar on the right.
- Other settings in the toolbar include importing questions from other forms, adding a subtitle and description, adding an image, adding a video, and creating a separate section in your form.
- You can also click on the preview icon in the upper right, next to Settings, to see what your form looks like when others open it.
How to design models
Follow these steps to design your own form:
- Tap the customize theme icon, next to the preview icon, to open the theme options.
- You can choose a photo or you can even choose to use a personal photo as well.
- You can choose to use the color of the image theme or you can set it to your liking. Note that the background color depends on the theme color you choose.
- You can choose from a total of four different font styles.
- You get a bunch of options when you create a form in Google Forms.
After writing your question, you can choose how you want others to answer your questions. Options include a short answer, which is ideal for giving a one-line answer.
You can also set the answer type to be either multiple choices, checkboxes, or a drop-down list. You can also ask respondents to answer in the form of adding files. These can be photos, videos, and documents. You can choose to set the maximum number of files as well as the maximum file size. You can also choose the date and time.
If you want to create a duplicate field, you can do so by pressing Duplicate. You can also remove a specific field by pressing Delete.
How to create a test
Follow these steps to turn your google form into a quiz:
Go to settings. Then click on the Tests tab
Enable Make this a test.
You can choose whether you want respondents to get the results immediately or you want to reveal them manually later.
You can also specify what the respondent can see in the form of missed questions, correct answers, and point values. Click Save to close.
Under each question, you need to select the correct answer and its points.
How to add participants to Google forms
Collaborating on a Google Form is very easy, just click on the three dots icon in the top right and click on add collaborators.
You can then add the emails of the people you want to collaborate with or you can copy the link and share it via third-party apps like WhatsApp Web or Facebook Messenger.
Hit Submit to share your form via email or you can even submit it as a link. You can also shorten the URL if you wish.
There is also an embed option if you want to embed the form on your website.
You can access all of your Google Forms on Google Drive or you can even visit the Google Forms site to access them. To evaluate a particular model, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Form you want to evaluate.
- The first thing you need to do is disable the acceptance of responses so that respondents cannot make more changes to the form.
- And you can check the tab to take a look at the performance of all the responders.
- The question tab allows you to rate the answers by selecting each question one by one.
- The individual tab allows you to evaluate the individual performance of each respondent.
Google forms allow you to gather information large and small, organize it into a form, and share it with others.
